This project consisted of complete construction of a one-story, wood framed with brick and siding veneer building of approximately 4,900 square feet. Building was constructed with reinforced concrete footings and foundation, reinforced concrete slab on grade, wood framed walls and partitions, wood truss roof structure with asphalt shingles on wood deck, gypsum board wall finishes and gypsum board lay-in panel ceilings. Site Improvements included new bituminous parking with paint striping, concrete curbs, walks and stoops, storm sewer inlets and piping.

This project consisted of complete construction of (3) 5,700 S.F., two-story cottages and (1) 3,800 S.F., one-story with basement Administration Building. The buildings were constructed with reinforced concrete footings and foundation, reinforced concrete slab on grade, wood framed walls and partitions, wood truss roof structure with asphalt shingles on wood deck, gypsum board wall finishes and ceilings. Site Improvements included new parking, walks and stoops including a brick Walk of Hope.

This project consisted of renovating an existing lower level for office space. The renovation included new partitions with gypsum board finish, accoustical lay-in ceiling, ceramic floor tile and carpet, decorative wood trim, wall sconces, and wall mouted water fountains.
The theme of an outdoor courtyard was selected for the general lobby, while the reception and office spaces were designed with a modern style. Rich, warm colors and finishes with warm temperature lighting were used to remove the "lower level" feel of the space. (Click on camera to view image)
