This project consisted of complete construction of a 4,300 S.F., one-story with partial basement, wood framed with brick and siding veneer building. The building was constructed with reinforced concrete footings and foundation, reinforced concrete slab on grade, wood framed walls and partitions, wood truss roof structure with asphalt shingles on wood deck, gypsum board wall finishes and ceilings. Site Improvements included new bituminous parking, concrete curbs, walks and stoops.
